Bad Service

Went to put petrol this morning and was late for work, Waited to be attended to for 15minutes. As i went out of my car to ask why iam not being attended to, this guy show up. I asked him that why did it take so long to be attended to, he said so shouldnt i change to my uniform. i told him that i have been waiting and no one could attend to me. he then said what must I do now. I then paid with my Petrol card. he took his time. I told him i was late and needed to go. he then said the machine is slow, what must he do. i told him that he has a bad attitude and will lay complain. he said go ahead.
I really did not appreciate the service rendered to me this morning and will like to advise shell to take their employees for anger management and customer service course.
