24 hours garage who cannot attend to you

We went to the Shell Garage on Zambezi Avenue (the one next to Builder's Warehouse). When we got the around 12h00pm on Friday night the petrol attended said they are closed and would only be able to help us in 15minutes, why no one knows and they just stood there. It was not like he was busy he was standing by the petrol pump next to us, it looked that the was writing down stuff. We didn't want anything difficult we only wanted him to put in some petrol for us but he has such a bad attitude the same for the guy inside the shop he didn't even wanted to open the shop doors because he said they were closed. This is ridiculous how can a 24hour shop be closed??? And the workers had a horrible attitude!!
