This morning after 7 I was forced to use the petrol station near my home as I have not used their services for over a year due to a similar complaint. The petrol attended had my card in his had while assisting 3 other customers ignoring me I then told him he is waisting my time I will come tonight after work to conclude my transaction and had to leave without my ATM card. I came at work, phoned customer services for their number which Dawn assisted me with and took my complaint. I phd the garage and spoke to Shahied the forecourt manager explaining to him what happened. Later at 9 a Nicole phoned me and informed me she is sick and had to be disturbed with this complaint that Dawn had Mailed her. Nicole was rude and demanded to know why I lodged a complaint with Shell instead of doing it locally.i asked her the nature of her call as she was scolding me and reprimanding me and I told her I its best we conclude the conversation immediately as I did not appreciate the manner in which she spoke. Later she sms'd me apologising for reprimanding me which I replied its not satisfactory.
