One petrol attendent for 5 vehicles

05 Feb 2013, day before fuel increase. Arrived at Oaktree Shell Ultra City on the way to work. There was 4 other vehilces waiting to be attended too, Eventually one driver sped away in frustration. There was only ONE petrol attendent trying to assist 5 cars. I waited 15 minutes, eventually one of the lady attendents come strolling to help. The Till lady behind the glass kept looking at the cars waiting, but didnt do anything to get the other attendents to come out. This is the 2nd time in a month that I have put in Fuel at this Shell, and there isn't enough attendents working, or are too lazy to come out and do their job.
