Totally bad serivce

I drove in there this morning to buy pies and pour R300 petrol and petrol attended calls me then a land rover drives in and he just leaves me there this not the first time one of the attended informed me that the reason they do that is because people with those expensive car give better tips at time I wait for 15 min waiting for help the second issue I got this morning at shell again I waited for 15 min to pay for my pies only to get there and be told that the card machine is not working then the casher goes and tells me that I must go to the ATM the same thing happened Monday that ATM is not even the bank I bank with I told him why don't they put a sign up there to show us its not working instead of us having to wait for nothing I'm very disappointed and I spare my feeling next time and make sure I don't got there at all bad service is unacceptable
