Despicable service

I poured petrol to the value of R150 this morning. petrol attendant poured the petrol and then disappeared. being an FNB client i get cashback for using my debit card to pay for petrol and the condition thereof is that my card is swiped on the portable speedpoint device and not inside the shell select convenience store.

petrol attendant poured my petrol and disappeared, i waited close to 20 minutes for him and when i asked where he was i received no response as the other attendants did not now who serviced me.

i think the service at this station is despicable.
i will encourage all people i know to not go to shell as this is not the first time iv had bad service from the very same station.
Engine and Sasol provide 10 times much better service than shell petrol stations ill drive a few more kilometeres from now on to get petrol where i dont have to chase the attendant around to pay.
