DRIVESURE WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I had a problem with my smart car key which got wet to my surprise only 1 company can fixed it DRIVESURE with relief i call them first empression great there mechanic gets to my house fixes my key no problem so i had my opel key done as well and while i was replacing things i had my spare for my smart replaced to the guy informs me it will take 10 days which i say great you fixed my key so i can wait for my cover and my new spare key. 10 days comes and goes every time i call they say they still waiting on stock really its been 4 months surely someone or something should be done about this my key they fixed has also broken again in the mean time so i can not lock my car which they promised to come fixed STILL WAITING now its gotten to the point were they ignore my emails and if i phone the owner is always busy?? They even held up my insurance as my broker needed information which they only supplied 15 July. I have paid for keys that i dont have and keys which is broken which really is irrating as i really thought this is a genuine good guy a company with morals but i learned first impressions is actually just to get the job! Will not ever use them again.
