WHEN WILL THE VEHICLE BE DELIVERED

We made a transaction with Value Vehicles in June 2013. On the 22nd of June we signed the contract at the Financial Institution. To date the vehicle has not been delivered. Everyday there's another excuse; waiting for parts; mechanic not done with the job; wrong parts delivered etc. etc. First payment is due for the end of July BUT no vehicle. Insurance are being paid from 22nd of June to date for a car that has not been delivered. We decided today, 11th July 2013 to cancel the deal BUT is this really the only way out??? What should we do??? Shouldn't the car be in such a condition when being advertised on the internet that it should be ready for delivery?? Why should a client wait for nearly one month for a vehicle to be delivered. One word to describe the situation: UNACCEPTABLE!!
