Imperial Toyota

Traveling & Tourism

We hereby bring your attention to the fact that on the 05 June 2013 we brought a Quantum to the dealership at 16H40 for repairs of the sliding door. The vehicle was delivered by Tebogo Mashigo and was received by the service advisor by the name of Sylvia Khoza. We have to acknowledge that whilst the vehicle was delivered there was no inspection done on the vehicle apparently because the vehicle was delivered to the dealership at around 17H00 and our driver was told by their driver by the name of Abram the store dealership was closing down for the day and he must hurry and take his belonging out of the car.
On the 07th June 2013, we were contacted by the dealership and told us that the car was ready for collection but however only managed to pick up the car on 13 June 2013. Whilst picking up the car our driver realized during his inspection that the vehicle sound system had been tampered with and the speakers were disconnected and missing. He then pointed this out immediately and was told by Edward Ryan, Sylvia Khoza and Abram that the vehicle came in that condition and he must go and work so that he can replace the loss. We have then attempted on numerous occasions to escalate
