It has now been 3 weeks, and no documents

I payed off my vehicle at great expense to be able to sell it and cancel insurance etc.etc. i paid the car off and the next day which was the 22nd of june i ordered the vehicle registration documents, which they promised would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. It was but for the wrong car!! A car that wasn'nt even paid up by then... The documents were duly sent back from the Irene branch, without notifying me. I eventually phoned the branch on the 28th asking for the documents, but they said they haven't received anything!!! Which was a lie. I phoned the vehicle people and they informed me of the error, so I didn't make month end, so more bills comes off. They told me it will take another few days to deliver. On the third of july i phoned again, and they said that the documents are at the head office. I then said i will pick it up on the 4th at head office in auckland park as i was there for business. When i got there it wasn't available, so on friday the 5th i phoned to say that they have to deliver it. On wednesday the 10th i phoned again and they said friday, so i complained and they promised it would be at absa today, on the 11th. Guess what?? Not here!! aBSA! Never again! Ever!
