Follow-up inspections on engine noise

Serviced my Bakkie at 150 000 km at Barloworld Toyota Witbank. Oil filter on schew- they fix it again after 3-5 days and 850 km travvelled. After a month- i noticed a slight noise in the engine whilst driving, made another appointment with Barloworld Toyota but they could not find anything, again after about a month the noise became louder. Again i booked another check-up, and yet again they could not understand what i was complaining about. I left my bakkie over-night to come in the next morning to take a drive with the Technition- only then to point out my concern. Suddenly they understand and investigate further- for the first time! With shock- there was great damage to my bakkie engine- R 44 500 later. With suggestion of an import motor with no garrentee. I feel that i went back to Barloworld Toyota and they gave me the professional AGENT advice on each visit. Now i sit with damage to my bakkie engine. I did remove my bakkie and got a import motor from another Garage with 3 month garentee. What can i do in this regard. I feel that Barloworld Toyota messed up and i want them to take responsibility and re-imburse me for all costs of other engine of R 20 000. Your advice!!
