POSTNET NEWCASTLE AND UTI COURIERS PATHETIC SERVIC

Two weeks ago a woman from Newcastle couriered me a laptop via Postnet Newcastle and Uti Couriers.
Upon reciept of the parcel it appears as if somebody drove over it. Everything was cracked beyond all repair or use.

They refuse to compensate me and even the R250 general liability because I had not made a complaint earlier on, however having NO access to the internet due to a damaged laptop is directly their fault.

They refuse any compensation for something worth R900. Pathetic service, and pathetic company. Will never use or recommend them to take goods if that is how they are handled.
