My car still broken but they charge a farms price

Hi, I took my car to car lube in germiston. Sean is the owners name. he said to me he would fix my car. when I got my car back... it was still broken. it had a problem with the fuel which it never had... he charged me for valves which was never replaced. he also charged me for a gasket set... but used sealer... they are a bunch of... and I would never want any one to go there. the day I picked up my car another guy was there and brought 3 different machanics with to tell him whether the parts were new of second hand as he was also charges through the roof's price. the owner sean also assult people if he does not get what he want. especially when you refuse to pay for stuff he didn't do. he get violent. and I honestly think that he would do the franchise car lube big damage in carrying on like this. my car is leaking oil... and there are more damages to my car than ever... is this fair...
