Pathetic Service

I just came back from fetching my car from Moto-Lube in parkmore. This after leving the car there for 3 days. This is how long it took them to fit a replacement clutch kit with a cost of R5107.20 . Well now the car is worse off then before because the mechanic who was working on the car was off sick and could not finish the job. I needed the car urgent and this was told the day I took the car in for a service. No one called me to give me updates on how the repair was going. Only today they all seemed to be running around trying to "fix"the problem. And this only after I called them numerous times. I was told that I am taking the car without them )(Moto-Lube) being happy with the repair insinuating that I can not bring the car back, if anything else should break because of this so called repair. I find this type of service pathetic and it infuriates me because I am also in the service world. And its sad when good honest people who works hard for their money still gets ripped off by these service companies like Moto-Lube. I will not take my car to them to hose it down if it was on fire. Please peolpe stay away and for those who was already ripped off I feel your pain.
