Car sold with life threatening problems BMW530d

When care was sold to me, there were vibration from the engine from the front to the back, exhaust noises and engine noises, breaking vibrations etc, i was promised this would be sorted out.during the exhaust repair they didn't refit half of the cover underneath the resulting in the rest of the panels being ripped off flying across the road causing danger to drivers behind me and to myself, 6 months of emailing and phone calls nothing has been done except for exhaust and touch up on bumpers, thus had car inspected by RGM motors only to found the engine mounting are broken and the prop shaft actually bended and twisted all about to go, if the prop shaft break it will cause excessive damage to car and can cause me to have a serious accident placing my family in serious danger, and leaving us stranded, the brake pads and sensor was so warn when u apply brakes the it shattered with minimal control over steering wheel, had them check break sensor long gone and brake pads cracked and almost metal to metal this is serious threat to out life's.
