Being charged R950 for just "recharging" a battery

This man is a, someone please close him down!!! My car died in Rooihuiskraal rd, on 18 June, the towing services came & they had no idea where to take the car, but I wanted close by in Centurion. In a nutshell, it landed up @ Buter Motor Services at 8:30.@ 15:10 of the same day Andre had not even looked at the car as per one telephonic conversation, bearing in my mind my car was the only one at the "workshop" - he then to called me before 6 with the amount of R950, of which he eventually reduced to R760, then to R500. The job card stated; cleaned engined, rewired, checking battering & charges of insulation tape - claimed that he had spent 3 hours work on this car. Had the car assessed, the engine is filthy, no signs of any new tape being used and there was battery acid all over. People please be vigilant. He eventually refunded me by another R250 after I had a screaming match with his wife. As I typenow, my car is being repaired by a reputable repairs workshop. Someone please close Buter Motor Services down.
