Sold defective vehicle and no remorse

My wife purchased a renault from Stormvoel Motor City in April and 4 days later the vehicle gearbox went faulty and the water bottle continuously needed topping up but there was no leak. It also had a steering rack problem and suspension issue. We called the dealership and they came and fetched the vehicle, we didn't get any feedback for 2 weeks and eventually after numerous calls they said the vehicle was repaired. We got the car back but the next morning the same problem with the gearbox arose and the other faults were also not addressed. We called a mechanic and he found the water was actually entering the engine where it wasn't supposed to and it was mixing with the oil. So he said there was damage to the engine. We called Stormvoel Motor City to cancel the deal and Gerrit apologized for the troubles and said they will come and take the vehicle back, which they did. But at the end of June the installments still went through and the insurance was not canceled upon our request. When we phoned Gerrit he was adamant that the deal will not be canceled and we purchased the car as is. Now my wife is without a vehicle and cannot purchase another. Karma has no friends Gerrit.
