What started out as a bit of a disaster with one of your sales people, i was very impressed with the way that Fanuel and Michelle was able to turn it around. Fanuel in particular was very helpful, kept his promises and generally made us feel comfortable and secure. The vehicle we purchased is in immaculate condition and walking around their showroom you can see they take pride in the quality of cars they sell. Good service is also not limited to high priced vehicles as evident by Fanuel's commitment and dedication to make us happy, even though we did not buy a BMW or Merc.
