Key Delta
Vehicle sold under false pretense

Cars & Transport

I purchased a G2 second hand chev captiva from key pinetown, supposedly a factory demo. Within 3 months and less than 3000 kms travelled, vehicle started smoking and using water. The vehicle was picked up by the dealership and on the way the engine blew and they will not take responsibility of it. I am told that i am liable for the damages. I have later found out that the vehicle was not a demo as it had a previous owner who had the same problem when she purchased the vehicle. I have been sold this faulty vehicle without being informed of this previous incident. I am now stuck without a vehicle for 3 months as Key Pinetown is not interested in owning up to their underhanded actions.
