7 months later, still no car

My cousin bought a car from them IN DECEMBER and was told she will get it and its papers before they close for the Christmas holidays, 7 months of being given the run around- she STILL hasn't received it yet. Emails to complain about the extra long wait to the MD were just fruitless, he didn't even bother responding! Each time she called their Springs office to about the longest time that the customer has had to wait for their car the response is that "it differs so they don't know" another response she got in January was that it took 3 months. April came and went, its now June! We were referred to CAS by her before she knew that buying a car will be such a nightmare and an unpleasant experience, and WE WILL never buy from them. She paid them IN FULL, they treat her like and she is currently struggling to take the kids to school but they DGAF!!!
