Car took in for repairs for almost 6 months

Car was booked in on the 12/06/2014.On update was made until I called them. Eric, saying the parts have not arrived while Mandla confirmed they were received. I was asked to bring the needed parts and I did that but still it didn't help in fast tracking the job. They were spending weeks without any update then I sent emails to air my dissatisfactory but no action was taken. Jimmy arranged a loan car for me in November but for only 5 days. I got the car on the December the 13 after paining R29590.70. It was not 100% fixed and I told Jimmy that I needed to take a trip to Richards Bay. He said I should bring it back. I did but they closed earlier than the usual time that day. While on a trip, it had problems and jimmy said I should take it to Midbay VW in Richards Bay. He didn't want to pay for the cost and I reported the matter to SA VW. They said they will speak to him but he said we rather share the costs. After almost 6 months without a car, I now had to wait for 2 weeks again while Jimmy is avoiding calls from me and Matti from Midbay VW.I am using more money on accommodation and the my kids in Pretoria I not going to school. I paid extra R3999 for the parts in Midbay.
