Bad attitude and terrible customer service

After I had a difficult time with MBMSA Automotive in Irene, Centurion, for failing to fix my car after having my car with them for over 8-months, and after I paid them every cent they charged (over R18 000), I approached RMI for help. After over two weeks without hearing a word from RMI I faxed them (RMI) my concern. But guess what, I was told by Hilda Boucher I have to stop communicating with the dealer (MBMSA Automotive) and that I just have to wait for the day the owner of MBMSA Automotive will feel like replying to the documents sent to him by RMI and that I must stop asking about the progress because she had hundreds other complaints to deal with, meanwhile I have proof that the dealer is busy stripping my car, and that my car or what is left of it is outside the workshop in the sun collecting dust. All I wanted to know was how many more months will MBMSA Automotive still have my car and how long will it take for RMI to deal with my complaint, and why are they not keeping me updated about the progress. RMI gave me a very solid blow between the legs. I never expected this. MBMSA Automotive kept me updated, but with, and with RMI it is a deafening silence.
