Not delivering

I am waiting on a package since December 2012. I was informed from the sending company that the courier company was at my house 16h55 to deliver on the 9th of January 2013. I was home, no one was here. I tried contacting them I was put on hold for 8min until airtime ran out, without my call being answers. No contact was made by them by leaving a note in the post box or via a phone call to inform you they delivering.

I am not prepare to take an unpaid leave day to wait for an incompetent courier service at home. The package can be delivered everyday between 16h45 to till. Or over weekends.
