Still waiting for response

I hired a vehicle from them through my insurance. As part of the deal i had to pay R650 deposit which was no problem. i called them at 09:00am to say they can please come collect their vehicle, their response was they will call me back in the next few minutes which did not happen. i then called them at 17:00 to find out when they fetching the vehicle, they then told me they will fetch it early the next morning but they will give me a call to confirm which never happend. i had to call again to ask them when they will fetch the vehicle and they had forgotten about me. they collected the vehicle and i waited for my deposit to be paid back into my account. they then paid R541 into my account. i phoned to query what happend to the R108 and i was told that it is fuel charges for them to get the vehicle back to johannesburg. i didnt recieve the vehicle with a full tank and then they charged me for fuel they used to get it back to them. they never once told me their will be charges involved. i have phoned to speak to the manager and they said he will call me back. It is now the forth day and still no reply. very bad service!!!
