On 20 December 2013 a package was sent to me with Speed Services, we payed a huge amount for this package to be couriered to me from JHB, the purpose of this exercise was to receive the package as paid for OVER NIGHT. Instead I went to the post office on 21 December only to be told after standing in a que that my package haven't even been dispatched. I then phoned the Courier service and they couldn't help me. I was told, that they don't deliver on Saterdays, so why the did I pay a over night fee. On Monday the 23rd I went to the post office again, this time to be told that the package shows as delivered on the system, but that they didn't receive the package, thus meaning the package was either or miss delivered. I phoned the Courier service numerous times, but people keep passing the buck from one person to another. Without help and with no one clever enough or interested enough, I still haven't received feedback. Im sick of the Post Office being un professional and incompetent and just pulling their shoulders up at their clients. I will go out of my way to make their lives. And assure the Post Office that they will pay for my package and the emotional inconvenie
