The car's ignition is faulty and VWSA has no clue

Hi, everyone. I just want to share with you my appalling VW experience on the VW Polo, the current polo model. Being a first time customer with VW, I was excited to be one of the very few owners of the VW polo in early 2010. The car is beautiful and that is just about that. 11 000 kms later, the car had disc brake problems which were promptly replaced. At 30 000 kms, the car started experiencing a hard start, an event where it takes 30 min to sometimes an hour before it starts. This problem comes with loss of engine power between gears and high fuel consumption relative to a car of that model. For a fairly brand new car, this was disappointing to say the least. I took the car to VW Lindsay Saker - Bloemfontein. None of their technicians could find the problem and possible solutions, to the point where they thought I was making this up, until I called VW roadside Assist to validate my problem with car when it had difficulty starting again.
Still, the technicians couldn't find a problem. A specialist technician from the VW factory in East London liaising with a technician from the VW headquarters in Germany was called in to look at the problem and for a moment I was hopeful until th
