My brand new Polo vivo

Well it all started a week after I got my brand new Polo vivo from VW Southey street in Kimberley about a two months ago. this car has been giving me problems and I have taken it to the workshop more then three times for them to check and they have fixed it but still giving the same problem. The problems I am experiencing with this car is the fuel consumption, starting (doesn't want to start and have to try starting it over and over, the right back door rubber pilling off. Every time I called the customer service they forever telling that they national sales manager will come to Kimberley and sort out this matter and every time I go the Southey street motors they just want to get rid off me. I am really tired of this car because it doesn't get fixed every time they say they have fixed it.
