Unacceptable repairs/failure of VW Polo Bluemotion

Bought a brand new Polo Bluemotion less than a year ago, vehicle only had a 1000kms on the speedo, and started with the problem of a "Diesel particular filter" warning light on dashboard which then results in the vehicle to pull slow/sluggish and the "Stop/Start" then also does not want to work. I have taken it numerous times in to Lindsay Saker Vereeniging branch to get this very serious problem sorted, but every time when they put it on the computer Anallise machine they can`t find a problem, and then they say that every time this happens to me, I have to take my vehicle on a highway and drive it for 30-40km so that the diesel particular filter can be re-cooperated... this waists my time, fuel and puts extra km`s on my vehicle. Last week basically everything failed on my vehicle and they ordered some new spares, all of which took about 11hours after they told me it will only take 30min to replace and fix, I then only got my car the following day in the afternoon. While driving home from them I realized that the steering wheel is now not aligned straight... THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYONE, AND IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
