A HAPPY experience when buying a pre-owned ca

I recently to a snap decision to trade in my GL500 against a demo Audi Q7 4.2 TDI from Audi Northcliff, I contacted Rita telephonically on the Saturday morning and drove out in the Q7 around 12H00 on the same day, this in itself is astounding! Then I took the car back on the Wednesday for a valet and roadworthy etc and collected it again on the Thursday, on Friday morning, I noticed that the front passenger door was damaged but had no way of proving where the damage happened. I emailed photos to Rita whi investigated and reverted on the Tuesday advising that they could not see anything on security cameras at Audi, which either exonerated Audi or proved it happened on their premises BUT that the dealer principle had agreed to repair free of charge anyway - what a pleasure to still find such integrity amongst a fraternity that is infested with so many operators who have none. Well done Rita and Audi Northcliff, I will definitely buy from you again.
