Pathetic Brand Support and Excuses

I bought an Amarok about 18months ago, the car has spent more time in the workshop than out of it, every time it goes in there is something else wrong.
I eventually got it to a dealer that replaced half the parts on the vehicle to get it back to working order, for a new car and so many things that's wrong, its worrying.
I decided to try and trade it in, and maybe VW SA will be a brand supporting its customers! well Guess again!
They gave me a ridiculous trade in, and no assistance on a new product, its their product failing in the forst place but they can't care less!
I just had a call from another call agent, stating - "WE ARE ONLY THE IMPORTERS OF THE VEHICLE, AND DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN SALES TRANSACTION", well sorry but where is the money then going after you bought it from a dealer?
THEY GET IT!
but that is the pathetic excuse I have to live with, I will not accept it, I will post on every media or social site I can, so everyone knows, if you buy a VW you are left over to their mercy, as they are just the Importers... the rest is "warrenty" and your Problem.

I know of other manufacturers, that actually support customers! this does not go for VW!!!
