Dealer not consistent

After doing finace on a vehicle at the dealer, when I went there the vehicle was already sold to another customer, I've ask the sales person what is the policy on selling vehicles he told me its 1st come 1st serve but in fact I was the 1st one do to the finance and he told me the client who bought it gave a dep already so its already been sold, the sam day I went at the dealer he told me that he will let me know what he can do to accommodate me I left the dealer and since that time nothing from them. The same sales person told me if I'm gonna do a trade in on my vehicle they will give me trade if the vehicle is in a good condition it will be more then trade if not trade, after I phoned him to ask about the trade in amount after he did the valuation it was way less then the trade of the vehicle
