Selling of Vehicle involved in Accident

I bought a second hand vehicle during December 2011 from Imperial Honda East Rand at retail price. At the time I bought the vehicle I was informed that the vehicle was not involved in any accidents and that it had no accident damage or repairs. After i received the vehicle I had problems with the clutch but it was eventually replaced by Imperial Honda East Rand. My vehicle was also damaged by one of the drivers of Imperial Honda East Rand and the left front mirror of the car was replaced by Imperial Honda East Rand. When I tried to trade the vehicle on the 29th of July 2013 I was informed by the dealer wanting to trade my vehicle that the vehicle had serious accident damage before 2011 and also during 2011 before I bought the vehicle that was very close to the retail price I bough the car for. The dealer informed me that in affect my car had no value due to the value of repairs done on it. This in affect now stops me from ever selling or trading the vehicle as I will never get even book value for the vehicle and I would have to pay off the vehicle until fully settled because the gap between my settlement amount and the value of the vehicle in the condition it is now is to far apart.
