Pathetic product and service

I am completely disgusted with Chery, I bought a Chery Tiggo 1.6 last year 2012 for R179 900, and this year I want to trade it in for a new vehicle and I get told the estimated trade in is only R70 000, no one wants to trade in the vehicle because Cherry is moving out the country!!! Spare parts is hard to find, which I know for a fact as I recently had to wait 3 weeks for my vehicle as they couldn't find a clip for the bumper, when I first bought the car I was reluctant but the sales person assured me that, spares are readily available and agencies are everywhere, we'll guess what the agency I used to take my vehicle to for service don't service Chery's anymore.
