I had 2 book my car in 4 repairs after an accident. I was so worried to leave MY car with total strangers, well that was until I arrived @ DENTTECH, they r super efficient, professional. I was told the repairs would take anything from 5 to 8 working days, great was my surprise when I received exactly 5 working days later a sms informing me repairs going well, I'll b kept informed of the progress!! WOW! 2 days later I recved a call my vehicle is ready for collection! When I went 2 collect it, once again I was blown away by the highly professional receptionist Anabel, always smiling & super sufficient. My vehicle was spotless, sure it didn't even shine that much when I bought it! During course of day I picked up a rattling sound and drove back. Whilst explaining the rattle to Anabel, she immediately notified the assessor who patiently stood and waited for me to finish, walked with me to my car, Within 1 minute Shaun located the source of rattle & fixed it! Wow!! On way home I realized I left a cd in the rental car, phoned, spoke 2 manager Jacques, my phone cut out and he immediately called me back! Wow at DENTTECH ur car is not just a job, its their PASSION!
