Purchase of a non-existant ca

For the previous month and a half I have been waiting for delivery of a purchase of car I got from a trade in. I have been patient with the Dealerships manager regarding this for the longest time and the final straw was when I walked in to personally collect it as being told the car has arrived the afternoon before, only to find it is not. I have been told story from pillar to post about its checks and going to panel beating before I collection, and all this made me wonder what the original condition was as I never seen it.

Im even considering a police case against the dealership and taking further actions against them.
