Damaged my vehicle and tried to hide it

I booked my Mazda 5 on the 20th January 2014 in at Action Ford and Mazda in Florida just off 14th Avenue. The car was in a minor repair and due for collection same day.

I recieved the usual sms that afternoon stating that my vehicle was ready for collection but i recieved a call soon afterwards from Mckelly (service consultant) saying that the car battery needed to be charged and that they wanted to valet the car first. He asked if i could collect the following afternoon?

I fortunately could not wait till the following afternoon as i needed my vehicle so my wife to get to work, so i proceeded to the Dealership to collect my vehicle any way.
When we got there we waited over 30 minutes before Mckelly finally advised that they had damaged the vehicle and that it infact needed panel beating.
Todate we have still not got our vehicle back as we had to send it back again becuase they panel beater did not replace the panel but instead did a minimal cheap repair which did not hide the fact that the vehicle had been in an acident which will obviously effect its resell value.
I reported my complaint but have not recieved feedback or a call back from the dealer principal.
