I always check online before purchasing anything, realised today that there were a lot of complaints about proton but on further inspection, I realised it was only one branch that the complaints were mostly about (Menlyn). My husband purchased his 3rd Proton 2 weeks ago from Proton Edenvale, I am taking delivery on my 1st Proton tomorrow. We had hassles with his 1st Proton and when we couldnt get help from the dealer where we originally purchased it, we were assisted by Proton Edenvale. They are fantastic. When we took delivery on my husban's car, he notices a chip in the paint, they immediately booked the vehicle in to have the chips repaired yesterday. Well done Proton Edenvale, after reading so many complaints, I am so glad to see that none of them were against Edenvale. Keep up the FANTASTIC sales and after sales service. Many branches can learn a lesson or two here.
