What a joke, disgusted once again

My mk 1 was involved in an accident, it was towed to Renew it and they repaired it. On collection, parts were fake and did not fit. There was over spray all over the repairs and the car was in disgusting condition. When complaining no one wanted to help us and we had to make the effort to find some one after collection. Around a week later the front wheel was grinding the wheel housing an the front door was bent, and struggled to open as well as a buckled wheel, it was sent back again. On collection the door was fixed and all other problems but the buckled wheel was painted a different color to the others, the panel beaters also bumped the back of the car and when confronting them the gm took the car back into the work shop did a half job on the bumper, then told us he's not entertaining the problem and threw the car keys on top of the car. We also waited 2 hours after they told us the car was ready, we were once again left in the dark and had to sort the problem out our selves. This is disgusting for a panel beater and I feel this panel beater is a shame to the panel beating industry. We have photos to prove all and I feel sorry for people who are mislead by this panel beater.
