VW GRAHAMSTOWN BAD SERVICE

Took my car for repairs at VW Grahamstown, they always treated me very well but this time was so of with them... to cut the long story short, it was there for gear box and clutch plate repairs, when we went to fetch it, passenger door was not opening (front) and they have the odecity to ask me if it was like this when i came to drop it, told them it was even the service advisor saw it... We arrived there in the morning because they phoned and said its ready for collection, we spent the whole morning waiting for them to try and open the door, to no avail. What make me more angry is what the Service Manager said that we must take it to the panel beaters to sort out they cant do anything about it.. I mean they are VW they are suppose to know how.. i even asked them who is going to fit the bill to take my car to the panel beaters whereas it was in good condition when i left it there... I told myself no more will i take even for service going forward.
