I made a service booking for 10 May at Kia Bryanston via the online form. I was phoned to confirm this and that person said they would contact Bryanston to confirm the booking. On 9 May I emailed Peter Niklas and he replied that no one had ever phoned them about this, but that it wasn't a problem, his service consultant would phone me soon.

That afternoon Thando phoned me, she took all my details again, but my confirmation sms then said the booking was for the 13th instead of the 10th. Friday morning I received a call saying since I hadn't used my booking on the 10th, they could reschedule for me.

I then wrote a lengthy email to Peter, with a CC to the DP, Petrus explaining what chaos this process was and how unhappy I was with their service. That was 08:06 on Friday, and I haven't had any replies yet. I also wrote a complaint on the Kia website form on Friday, with no reply. This morning I also wrote a message to their Facebook page, and mentioned them in a Twitter message. All my correspondence has been ignored!

I initially wanted to move my services to Kia Bryanston since they are closer to my work, but I'm sorry to say after this debacle they will NEVER touch my car!
