Birthday Surprise ruined due to canclled booking!

I phoned on the 17th of May to book Sundowners with the Elephants for the 19th of May. I originally spoke to Matshepo who I gave all my details to and she promised to send me the details and confirmation right away. Two hours later I had still heard nothing back so I had to phone again and I spoke to Menzi who helped me and made the booking for me. The booking was paid for and confirmed and I received my confirmation Voucher from Rebecca @ 15:49. I e-mailed her back to confirm the pick-up time at Sun City and got no reply.

On the 19th of May we went to the Game Trackers desk to confirm the departure time only to be told that my booking had been cancelled by Rebecca on the 17th of May at 15:43. When I enquired why this had happened Cecilia said they don't know and I could still go on the trip but I would need to pay again. This is totally unacceptable!

I phoned Rebecca 4 times this morning before finally get hold of her. She had no explanation and said she will call me back. This was at 09:15 this morning. At 13:30 I had to phone her again as she had still not phoned me back. I am now told I will get a refund but I need to wait 7 days! Is this what you call Customer service???
