Horrible service

I send urgent documents to Belarus on 2/05/2013. Due to really urgent matter - started to call EMS service centre on Wednesday next week. the favourite answer is "we will call you back" or "hold on". and than 30 minutes on-line!!! I could not get the answer - should I re-send documents? Never will use EMS again! Tracking N EE026092684ZA
