I have made so many complaints to KFC about ONE issue... it was months ago, I have received about 4 reference numbers, and promises for the issue to get sorted out. However NOTHING has been done. This is DISGUSTING!!! What kind of company BLATANTLY ignores customer complaints!!! So angry I cannot even explain! Have not purchased anything from KFC since and will continue to boycott them until they actually solve this issue!!
