After logging numerous complaints about the bad 3G signal in Ormonde, Vodacom has not done anything constructive to resolve this issue. I have been told that they are aware of this issue and are in the process of addressing it, but still there is no progress. Some of my complaints were not responded to, excuses ranging from not finding reference numbers and my being unreachable (what do you expect calling me on my modem number, despite providing an alternative number?) I have two data contracts with Vodacom which they expect payment for every month, despite providing little or no service at all and when I raise this, I am referred to their one sided terms and conditions.
