I've submitted about 3 complaints and have been promised feedback, however the consultatnt that was dealing with my complain ignores my emails. I was promised that Funiwe would get bacj to me and it's been well over 3days waiting for her to get back to me. Please advise if someone else can be assigned to this issue. Does it really need to take 2months to get assistance regarding a voucher that I bought as a cell c client to recharge my phone?
