No refund after three months

I ordered goods on 20/09/2013. After enquiring a month later about delivery I was told the deal was cancelled. Even though I paid the same day, their response was " there was a delay in our Global Banking System releasing your payment" Since then I've been trying to get a refund. I have ref nr's for complaints but no-one sorts it out. I keep on getting empty promises. I've sent my banking details 3 times already. Still nothing!!!
I don't want a "groupon credit" I want my money back because I will never use Groupon SA again. There are other online / promotions companies much more competent.
