Laughed at while being treated very rudely

I am truly disgusted with this branch of KFC. We are used to very poor and slow service at this branch. It has become the norm. We only still go there because it is close by and the food quality is up to standard.
I wish the same could be said about the totally useless staff working there. Not only are they very slow and only help one customer at a time (One customer orders and only after receiving said order the following customer gets helped) they are extremely rude.
This last instance was the final straw. I will not support this Branch again.
On the indicated date we were helped at the counter by Zinhle. We placed our order and she kept on messing up on what we ordered. Not sure if she speaks a different English than the rest of south africa but my order was quite clear and simple. She then became very rude and unhelpful to the point where we just told her to process the order as is. Needless to say this caused a scene. But what made me even more upset was the fact that her co-workers (Prudence and Bheki) standing near the Drive Through counter started pointing at us and laughing at us. This is extremely unprofessional. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM EVEN MORE PATHETIC STAFF!!!
