Extremely Rude Staff

Hi There,

I just about had it with the Parklands branch. I'm a regular there, and I'm am sick and tired about the way things are run and the way the staff treats me. Firstly, the Order Monitor is broken, so I can't see what they entered on my order or the total for the order. They almost always mumble and when I ask them to repeat them selves or read the order back to me, they get extremely rude. One of them actually said something to me in a language I don't understand. But this morning is the last straw. Every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, after I paid for my order, they ask me to wait in the parking lot for my meal. Every time I say no, because it is a drive through, and every time they get rude to me. This morning, they killed every burger I ordered with salt, even the Big Mac. So I am through with this. I expect action to be taken.
