I visit KFC about 2 times a week. The last 3 times i got to the branch, the staff (about 7 of them) were all standing around in the back chatting. There are 5 till points but every time there are only one person helping the customers. One have to wait between 5 and 15 minutes in the que to be helped. This is now getting to be a norm at this branch to have to wait a while to be helped and also very slow in getting your order.

This is also now the second time that the fillet on the burgers are very small and very very dried out - as if old.
The previous time and yesterday i found my order was not correct when getting home.

Please get this branch back to the standard it was about 4 months ago, please.
