Bad attitude and terrible service

Good day

I would just like to say I was appalled by especially the rudeness of the Manager at McDonald's Longbeach Mall, Fish Hoek.

Firstly the drive-through staff are incompetent and disorganized, I ended up waiting for food in a cue of vehicles for at least 10 minutes in a hot car, for food, I should have received in the drive-threw. When I went inside to enquire, I waited a further 5 min to get her attention, starring at my order on the other side of the counter. When she finally woke up, and realized her own incompetence and my irritation, she rudely shoved the food parcels in my hands and turned away.

I know McDonalds are big and don't care about the individual customer, but this still came as a surprise to me. The employees at this particular branch clearly they do not care for service, as their staff are a bunch of useless individuals who can clearly not even put one order together without making a mistake. This is not my first run-in with poor service at this branch.
